Follow these steps bellow here:
- Click on "paper size" tab on the top-left side of the CorelX3 window, change to layout paper size that you want (ex: A4). Then change layout units on the "Units" tab (on the top-center of the window) into centimeters units.
- Click "Rectangle Tool" (on the left-side bar of the window), drag it in your layout paper and you can make unsized rectangle.
- Click the rectangle that have you made, then on the "Object Size" tab (locate on the top-left side bar) change into the size that you want (ex: 4cm weight & 6cm height) but before that, you must click on the "Lock Tool" (on the right side of the "Object Size" tab).
- Click File > Import, to import a JPEG image that locate on the folder in which the file is stored.
- Click the image that have imported into your layout, then click Effects > Power Clips. You will see big arrow on your mouse, then click into the rectangle that you have made before. So, your image will be placed into the rectangle and its size will follow the rectangle size (4x6cm).
- If the image that have been placed into the rectangle not exactly placed or not right fit, you can edit it. Right click on the image that have been placed, then click "Edit Contents".
- Right click on the image that have been edited, click "Finish Editing This Level" and FINISH.
